Treatment takes place in a comfortable environment situated on a sanctuary in a tranquil and natural setting.  We are located in the North West province of South Africa, approximately 1.5 hours from Pretoria and Johannesburg, and 40 minutes from the famous Pilanesberg National Park, Sun City and the Cradle of Humankind, the latter being a World Heritage site. Our facility caters for a maximum of five people, allowing for much-needed individual attention to each client.

Our treatment procedures are based on the Manual for Ibogaine Therapy by Howard Lotsof and Boaz Wachtel (2003) as well as the clinical guidelines published by the Global Ibogaine Therapy Alliance (2016).  All clients are required to undergo medical tests and a psychological assessment prior treatment. We require an electrocardiogram (ECG), as well as a liver and kidney function tests (blood test). The test results must be shared with us prior to your treatment as part of the screening process. If you are using substitute medications, anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medication, we will advise you of the recommended weaning period as supervised by our medical doctor.

Our programme has been designed around a holistic and innovative health advancement, harm reduction and resilience-building therapy model that fosters support in a non-judgmental atmosphere. We aim to keep the cost of treatment as low as possible.

  • Medicine, medical supplies and equipment
